BCI is a contractor supporting the US Navy at the Aegis Test Site in Moorestown, NJ. The applicant will provide Engineering and Technical support to the T&E Division head at Aegis TECHREP in Moorestown.  The candidate will join with a USN / contractor integrated team dedicated to providing independent quality assessments of manufacturer's developmental computer programs on behalf of the U.S. Navy.  The testing will be primarily focused upon the Aegis Weapon System, related derivatives, and select support tools as they relate to the combat system testing environment.  Candidate will assist the team to provide basic support in assigned areas, developing and instigating formal test packages that cover the full range of the systems level integration effort. Applicants should note that this is an entry level position and pay will be commensurate with the position requirements and not the experience of the applicant

Job Start Date:  Fall 2018

Shift: Days (Primary) with potential for supporting other shifts as required

Experience Required

This position requires six (6) years of related work experience and high school diploma OR four (4) years of related work experience plus an associate's degree OR zero (0) experience with a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer sciences or mathematics. Candidate must have experience and/or recent qualifications directly related to basic systems integration testing of computer programs or software development efforts. In addition, candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Office applications and have a familiarity with technical writing.

Description of Duties: Interpret government computer program specifications and convert the words into testable requirements.  Execute approved tests, including assistance with documentation of the "as run" configuration pedigree.  Identify and assist with the collection of relevant data based upon approved test objectives.  Analyze basic computer program performance from collected data.

Travel is minimal.
